Sophie was amazing — warm, friendly, professional and very intentional with every part of the massage. She took the time to understand what I needed and focused on the areas that needed the most attention without ever making the experience feel rushed. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and so much better than when I walked in. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend Sophie to anyone looking for a great massage!

Hands down the best deep tissue massage I've ever had. Sophie has an incredible ability to find exactly where the tension is and work it out, with just the right pressure: firm and effective without ever crossing into painful. She listens, adjusts to what your body needs that day, and you walk out feeling like a new person. I've had a lot of massages over the years, and nobody else comes close. If you carry stress in your back, neck, or shoulders, book with her. You won't regret it.

Sophie Relaxx is absolutely amazing! We had the pleasure of having her at Lake Forest, and our residents couldn't stop talking about what a wonderful experience they had. From the moment you walk in, her setup is beautiful, inviting, and so welcoming. She creates such a peaceful atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Sophie has a calming presence and truly makes you feel relaxed from start to finish. She takes her time, is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about making each person feel comfortable and refreshed. If you're looking for someone who provides an exceptional and relaxing experience, I highly recommend Sophie Relaxx. We can't wait to have her back at Lake Forest!
